US Operations

Regenx’s first U.S. facility operates in Newport, Tennessee — the launch point for a modularplatform that recovers platinum and palladium from end-of-life diesel catalytic converters and isbuilt to scale across North America.

US Operations

Regenx is commercializing proprietary technology that recovers platinum and palladium fromend of life diesel catalytic converters. Its U.S. operations are anchored by Module One at thecompany’s facility in Newport, Tennessee, placing Regenx in the United States market for platinum group metal (PGM) recycling.

A US-Critical Supply Need

Platinum group metals are essential to emissions control and the future energy economy, yetglobal supply is concentrated in South Africa and Russia — regions carrying meaningfulgeopolitical supply risk. In recognition of their strategic importance, the U.S. government hasdesignated PGMs as critical minerals. North America accounts for roughly 20% of global PGMusage in catalytic converters, and demand has consistently outpaced supply, with an averageannual shortfall of approximately 259,000 ounces. Regenx targets a specific underserved niche:diesel silicon-carbide (SiC) converters, which conventional smelters struggle to processeconomically. US environmental policy continues to expand the addressable market — since2015, EPA Tier IV standards have required catalytic-converter-type devices on all new non-roaddiesel engines, adding to a long-lived installed base with a typical vehicle service life of 10 to 15 years.

Module One — Newport, Tennessee

Regenx operates Module One at its facility in Newport, Tennessee, advanced from laboratorytesting through pilot operations to today’s operating facility. The site is built around a modulardesign intended to support repeatable scaling: the near-term plan is to add a second module andrun Module One and Module Two as an integrated system, with a longer-term goal of additionalmodules and multiple facilities across North America.
